We respect your privacy. This page describes how blina.ai handles personal data, in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

What data we collect
Server access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer) is processed automatically by our hosting provider for the security, stability and operation of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (typically name, email and the content of your message) in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The blina.ai site does not run web analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. To render typography the site loads fonts from Fontshare, a font service by the Indian Type Foundry (ITF), which may transmit your IP address to Fontshare when font files are fetched.
Hosting and sub-processors
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd within the European Union. A data processing agreement compliant with Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Communication uses TLS/HTTPS encryption. Server access logs are retained for 14–30 days for security purposes. Messages received via the contact form are kept for as long as required to reply, and afterwards for the periods set by German tax and commercial law (typically 6–10 years). Where you reach out via WhatsApp, your message is also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd as an independent controller under their own privacy policy.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify it (Art. 16), erase it (Art. 17), restrict its processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights write to info@blina.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for North Rhine-Westphalia: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW (LDI NRW, www.ldi.nrw.de), or with the authority of your member state.
